DELIVERABLE


An integrated deburring and inspection sequence that connects part handling, process control, inspection results, and reject handling.

THE CHALLENGE

Deburring and quality verification often require repeatable motion, consistent tool control, and reliable handling of good and reject parts. The cell needed to connect these steps without losing production visibility.

MCS integrated robot handling and deburring with vision inspection, PLC/HMI sequencing, reject handling, production tracking, and commissioning support.
