• Grippers, tooling, and fixture interfaces

• Part-present sensors and handoff checks

• PLC/HMI sequence and safety interlocks

• Fault recovery and restart logic

• Commissioning and production-support testing

A coordinated component-loading sequence connecting robot motion, tooling, sensors, controls, and operator status.
